I've been accused of trashing people constantly. While it's true that I have a tendency to review things critically (which I do upon myself and my works too), I have to give credit where it's due.

• So my laptop starts having problems on Friday.
• I notify Dell, who explains that a technician will visit me at home the next work day (1 year is standard, but I've bought the 3 year service which was real cheap).
• Technician comes on Monday, and guts my laptop thoroughly.

• He replaces the motherboard and the graphics card.
• I'm a happy customer !

Now how could I possibly bitch about this. I could just say I pitty people who buy very expensive hardware and loose their computers for weeks at a time when something goes wrong.
